This page explains how you can have your Erendor Online account and all data linked to it permanently deleted.

Steps to Request Deletion

Follow the steps below to ask for your account to be deleted. Only the account owner should make the request.

    Send a deletion request to our support email

    Send an email with your in-game nickname to this address:

    Subject: Account Deletion Request

    In the email, include:

    • Your in-game nickname
    • A short detail to confirm it is you (character class, rough level or last login date)
    • A clear request: "I ask for my account and all my data to be permanently deleted"

    We confirm that you own the account

    When we receive your request, we may email you back to confirm that the account is really yours. This stops other people from trying to delete your account.

    Deletion is completed

    After we confirm it is you, your account and all linked data are permanently deleted within 30 days at the latest (our goal: 7 business days). We do not send a separate confirmation when it is done, because your contact details are deleted too.

    ⚠ Deletion cannot be undone. Deleted characters, progress and in-game items cannot be recovered.

Data That Is Deleted

When your request is processed, all of the data types below are permanently deleted from our servers:

  • Account ID: Your anonymous device identifier and account link
  • In-game profile: Nickname, race and class choice
  • Character data: Level, experience points (XP), health (HP) and all combat stats
  • Inventory: All items, equipment and crafting inventory
  • Progress: All quest progress and bindstone (teleport point) records
  • Session information: Account creation time, last login and last update times
  • Chat history: All public and private messages linked to your nickname

Data We Keep and Extra Retention Periods

Because of legal duties, security and technical needs, some data may be kept for a limited time after a deletion request. This data does not directly identify you and cannot be linked in any way to new accounts created after your request.
